Potato wedges
Serves around 4

Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients
4 medium large Innovator potatoes
2 tblspn oil
1tblspn tomato paste
½ tspn cumin
1 tspn sweet paprika
½ tspn curry powder
Pinch cayenne
1 tspn garlic salt
Freshly gound black pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 220oC and place a lightly oiled baking tray in oven (this
will help stop wedges from sticking).
- Combine oil and tomato paste.
- Scrub potatoes and cut into wedges about 1cm thick.
- Mix with potatoes with tomato paste mix.
- Mix spices and sprinkle over potatoes coating evenly over both sides.
- Bake at 220oC for 20-30mins or until golden brown.
